We are really looking forward to you joining us at Lonna island sauna! Remember there is no pressure to go into the cold water or to push yourself too hard. Many people feel a little nervous, particularly with the cold-water dip, but we will be there to guide, advise, and encourage you every step of the way. Remember, no one will be fully naked, and you can bring a towel into the sauna to cover yourself if you would like; it is seen as very normal. You don't have to do anything you are not 100% comfortable with; the goal is to have fun and make great memories while in Helsinki!
